A Call for Suggestions

Over the past couple days I’ve been puttering around on the blog and I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to make some changes to this blog. I’ve had it pretty much this way since I started writing about a year ago and I think its about time to make some changes and freshen a few things up. And I wanted to get some input from the readers as to what changes and additions you’d like to see on this blog?
I was thinking about changing the design a bit, and restructuring what sections appear where but aside from that what would you as readers like to see? Are there topics that you would like to see covered?

I have been thinking a lot about this too. I feel like I’m trying to write a blog about midlife, a blog about finance, a blog about weight-loss and a general blog all in the same place. I’ve been thinking about separating these subjects out into separate blogs, but then they’re all sort of a part of what I’m trying to convey with my blog.
And of course it’s hard enough to write 4-5 entries per week. I’d only have to multiply that number by 4 if I separated my blog out into 4 new blogs…..
I like the general content of your blog the way it is. My only suggestion would be to play around with the design a bit. I do this every once in a while too. I found a great theme here: http://weblogtoolscollection.com/archives/

Hi Matt,
I like the general outlay of your blog though I think you should regularly update the blogs you still read and review instead of having a long list of blog rolls. It can be quite intimidating for a first time reader to click on a link cos it’s a bit confusing. For me, the first time I visited your blog, I wasn’t too sure of the blog rolls I should link to. Secondly, I would like to see more articles on investment regarding mutual funds and other alternative income options that are available. I would also like to see articles concerning foreign investments by foreigners. Thank you and keep up the good work.
